The Finer Points Coastal is proud to offer luxury event design with Certified Event Designers. Our design and styling services can be added to any of our service packages. When you contract design and styling services, you are personally receiving one-on-one design expertise and assistance to help your vision come to life!
Initial Design Consultation to discuss the Clients Vision
Professional Design and Styling Advice
Design and select the event colors and over all theme
Rental Checklist
Assistance with all rentals and review of the rental contracts
Design and coordination of linens, places settings and overall décor’
Tent and backdrop design and rental
Work with our client, their florist and rental company to design their Alter, Arch, Chuppah, Mandap, Canopy or gazebo.
Table and Chairs rental
Lighting and Electrical Selections
Review and discuss climate control rental options
Merging the clients overall design with Florals, Bakery and Catering vendors
Create a custom visual design board of event colors, linens, and décor.
Discussing Guest Flow for the Ceremony, Cocktail and Reception
Deetails
Venue Diagram and Room Layout for Set-up
Create the Ceremony seating, isle and row signifiers and décor’
Assist with venue in providing a Ceremony and Reception Room diagram and layout.
Design of the “Sweetheart” or “Head” table
Assistance with the design and look of the cake table and gift table
Coordination of all theme design, signs, favors and specialty tables
Suggestions for specialty styling and design rentals, such as antique vintage furnishings.
Day of Event, Set-Up of all décor and design elements alongside contracted vendors
Overseeing all personal design details for the Ceremony and

Final walk-though of the venue
Oversee the vendors deliveries, set-up and pick-up times
