You have completed the planning of your event yourself and now you want to be able to thoroughly enjoy your special day! You don’t want to worry about anything, and you want everything to come together smoothly. That is where we come in! 1-2 months before your event, we will meet with you to hear about your vision and everything you have planned so far then bring everything together seamlessly for you. We will create a timeline and custom event schedule. Our Day of Coordination ensures every detail shines on your special day!
Initial meeting to discuss overall vision of your wedding and to “get to know you”

Ceremony & reception site walk through
Detailed schedule of wedding events
Complete wedding etiquette advice
Oversee ceremony and reception décor set-up
Cue musicians when bridal party and family process into ceremony
Set-up the following wedding items: programs, unity candle, table numbers, place cards, candles, toasting flutes
Communication with all contracted vendors to confirm arrival to pick-up
Distribute final payments and gratuities to all vendors
A printed schedule for all bridal party members to be distributed at rehearsal
Assure that all wedding items and gifts are placed in one location for bridal party to take at the end of the wedding
2 Hours of rehearsal coordination
8 Hours of on-site ceremony and reception coordination
If an additional Event assistant is needed, then $200 will be added to the package price

Your event is not the most enjoyable of this journey it is the icing on the cake. This package allows us to help you fully enjoy planning your special day and making the journey as enjoyable as the final destination!
