Sydney graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelors of Science in Communication majoring in Public Relations, and minoring in Entrepreneurship. Sydney brings a strong background in marketing and social media, along with several years of customer service and hospitality experience in fast-paced, client-focused environments. She has a passion for weddings and events and is dedicated to helping couples create beautiful, memorable celebrations. She is a member of the Outer Banks Wedding Association and Currituck Chamber of Commerce. She has cherished the Outer Banks and its natural beauty her entire life, and feels especially inspired by the coastal setting and outdoor lifestyle that make OBX weddings so unique. Known for her outgoing and friendly personality, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, Sydney enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure every celebration runs smoothly and reflects each client’s vision. Sydney is thrilled to represent The Finer Points Coastal and support our couples throughout the planning process using her creative talents, design and organizational skills to help bring our clients wedding dreams to life. Outside of work, Sydney loves embracing the beauty of the Outer Banks whether she is paddle boarding on the sound, relaxing at the beach, boating, fishing, or catching a gorgeous OBX sunrise and sunset. She also enjoys traveling, golfing, playing tennis, and making memories with friends and family.
